Information for processing of personal data – Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13, Legislative Decree no. 679/2016

In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 679/2016 (Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, we are to provide you with the due information regarding the processing of personal data provided by you. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links present on the domain websites of the owner, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties.
This information is also provided in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 679/2016 – Personal Data Protection Code.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection, as well as the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies, as well as the provisions of the Order of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 08.05.2014 on cookies called <<Identification of simplified methods for information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies>>

1.DATA CONTROLLER, pursuant to Article 28 of the Personal Data Protection Code is La Froda in the person of the pro-tempore legal representative.

2.TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Personal and identification data
Personal data means any information relating to a natural person who is identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; Identification data means personal data that allow the direct identification of the person concerned (such as, for example, name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.).
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
Defense in court
The User’s Personal Data may be used for defense by the Owner in court or in the preparatory stages of its possible establishment, from abuse in the use of the same or related services by the User. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

3.PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING FOR WHICH CONSENT IS GRANTED WHERE REQUIRED (ART. 23 D.LGS. 679/2016)

4. METHODS OF THE PROCESSING – STORAGE
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, with methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of Art. 31 et seq. Legislative Decree 679/2016 The data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

5. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION
Your data, subject to processing, will not be disseminated except within the limits expressed in the following statement acquired consent and may be communicated to companies contractually linked to La Froda , abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of Article 42 of Legislative Decree no. 679/2016. Personal data may be transferred abroad to countries outside the EU within the scope and limits provided for in Articles 43 and 44 letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 679/2016, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:
– subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by La Froda and telecommunications networks (including e-mail);
– studies or companies within the scope of assistance and consulting relationships;
– competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
Subjects belonging to the above categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of data processors is constantly updated and available at the headquarters in Foroglio, Val Bavona (Ticino). Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with your explicit consent.

6. NATURE OF SUBMISSION AND REFUSAL
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional but necessary. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.

7. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
You may assert your rights as expressed in Art. D.Lgs. n. 679/2016, by contacting the owner, contacting our head office on telephone number 0041 79 230 94 79 or by sending an email to info@cameralpina.ch You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its supplementation or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code).
Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.

8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The owner reserves the right to change, update, add or remove portions of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The data subject is required to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the notice will contain an indication of the date on which the notice was updated. Use of the site, after the posting of changes, will constitute acceptance of those changes.
